Absolutely. We are applying US-standards of technique in every procedure. Our artists are trained in the US, therefore you are assured of the quality of the technique and supplies to be used in your treatment. Our studio is disinfected after each client. Our supplies are sanitized and disinfected as well. Sharps used are disposed off also. To give added peace of mind, the artist is also a Medical Technologist by degree, to give you the assurance that we apply hospital-grade safe practices, to avoid cross-contamination.

We understand that pain tolerance varies among individuals. To ensure your comfort, we employ topical anesthetics before and during the treatment, prioritizing a pain-free experience tailored to your needs.

The procedure takes roughly about 2-2.5 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on each case. We likely won’t need that much time, but this isn’t something we want to rush to make sure you get the best outcome possible.

You are advised to keep the skin clean and dry — that means no swimming, sweating or otherwise getting the area wet; no tanning or prolonged sun exposure; no picking, peeling, scratching or rubbing the tattoo, this may result in a loss of color and scarring. Aftercare instructions will be given to you and you are strictly advised to follow them.

We have meticulously selected pigments that are sourced directly from Florida, USA, and approved by both US and EU FDA standards. Our hybrid, vegan, and non-magnetic composition ensures safety and optimal retention for 12-18 months. Rest assured, our commitment to excellence guarantees stable, long-lasting results without the risk of fading to red. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, reflected in every aspect of our service.

To ensure the best service and attention for each client, we operate by scheduled appointments requiring a down payment to secure your slot. This policy ensures a seamless experience tailored to your needs.

Touch-up sessions are essential as individual healing processes vary, leading to diverse outcomes. During this session, we fine-tune the results to ensure complete client satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

We are going to refuse services to those with the following conditions: - Pregnant - Client with keloids - Client with skin allergies such as dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis - Client taking antibiotic - Client with autoimmune diseases - Client with health related conditions such as diabetes taking insulin and cancer patients on chemotherapy

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • We require a non-refundable 1,000php deposit sent via bank transfer or GCash to secure your PMU appointments and to reduce cancellations and no-shows
  • The deposit will be deducted to the total amount of your bill at the end of your session

VALIDATING YOUR DEPOSIT

  • Send your proof of deposit to the email thread.
  • Proof of payment sent to our other messaging channels will not be honored.
  • Please wait as we validate your deposit within the next 24 hours. 

CLIENTS WITH PRE EXISTING PMU

Not all clients with previous work can be accommodated. Please send us a message through our Instagram account to consult with our experts first.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel or would like to reschedule due to unforeseen reasons, please contact us within 72 hours or 3 days prior your appointment. The rescheduled date should be no more than 14 days from your original appointment schedule with us.

EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN

We kindly request that only one additional guest accompanies you during your visit. Additionally, for the safety and comfort of all clients, we do not permit children in the studio during procedures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create the best experience for everyone.

2. If you have previous work or are interested in SMP, repair, or restoration procedures, a consultation with our experts is necessary before booking. You may send us a message here.

3. After booking, expect an email with instructions to submit your non-refundable booking fee.

4. Reply to the same email thread with proof of payment attached.

5. We'll confirm your payment within 24 hours via email. Remember to add your appointment to Google Calendar or iCal for reminders.

6. You will receive an automated text from our system 7 days in advance to remind you of your session.
